RSP Filling Machines

RSP filling machines are designed for dosing liquid and semi-liquid products, including those containing solid particles.

They are widely used in the food industry, for example for vegetable and fruit purées, jams, marmalades, dairy cream products (especially yogurts with fruit pieces), curd creams, sauces, dressings, edible oils, lard, honey, and more.

The machine can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into an automatic packaging line.

Multi-Head Filling Machines

The pneumatic filling machine RSP 11 is designed for volumetric dosing of liquid and semi-liquid products, including those with larger solid inclusions.

It is suitable for both the food and chemical industries. The machine can operate as a standalone unit with its own container-handling accessories or be integrated into automated packaging lines.

The pneumatic drive enables a capacity of up to 55 doses per minute, depending on:

• dose size
• product consistency
• container shape
• handling method

The machine operates on the principle of a measuring cylinder and piston with adjustable stroke.

Depending on the required dose size, the machines are produced in two sizes and several variants based on the type of filled material. According to performance requirements, the filler can be configured as:

• single-head
• double-head
• multi-head

The machine is controlled by a programmable controller with easy synchronization to downstream equipment.

Its robust construction and high-quality components ensure high reliability and long service life. Easy disassembly allows thorough cleaning and sanitation.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or food-grade plastics. Most other components, including the frame and housing, are also made of stainless steel.

The machine can be used for both cold and hot filling.

Rotary Systems (Carousels)

The automatic rotary filling machine RSP 31 is designed for filling creamy to semi-solid products, including those with large solid particles, into stackable containers, including lid application.

Typical applications include mayonnaise salads filled into cups of various shapes with press-on or heat-sealed lids.

The system consists of a volumetric pneumatic RSP filler and a six-position rotary carousel.

The filling machine can either be integrated into the carousel or operate as a standalone unit for other filling applications.

Linear Filling Machines

Automatic volumetric filling machine with vertical dosing cylinders, including an infeed conveyor for filling bottles, cans, and jars.

The machine is suitable for products ranging from water-like consistency to thick substances such as mayonnaise, including medium-sized solid particles (e.g. oils, ketchup, dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, cleaning agents, cosmetics, etc.).

Key features:

• 4 or 6 filling heads with a shared drive
• Central dose adjustment with individual fine-tuning for each head
• Filling nozzles with vertical movement for insertion into container necks
• Optional variable retraction speed depending on filling speed

On the suction side, the machine is equipped with a 60-liter hopper with a lid and level monitoring for automatic refilling. It can also be adapted for direct connection to an external supply tank.

Container infeed and outfeed is handled by a modular conveyor.

The system allows easy changeover between different container types and dose settings, with parameters stored in the machine memory.

The filling line operates fully automatically.
